Nothing beats a hang over like this little beauty! Just like your local fast-food breakfast favourite, but with added punch !
- 4 slices black pudding 1" thick
- 8 rashers back bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 muffins
- 4 slices of processed cheese
Set up the BGE or BBQ for direct cooking at about 180 deg C (350 deg F).
On the grill toast the muffins and set aside.
Next cook the black pudding and bacon.
While that is cooking, in a pan or flat cast iron skillet, grease up some egg rings (half size empty baked bean tins or pastry cutters work well) and preheat them on the skillet before cooking the eggs in the rings.
When it is all cooked, assemble and enjoy with a squirt of tomato sauce!
