Unlike a shop rub, this home made version has a fraction of the salt content, but all of the flavour!
Just rub over the meat of your choice and leave the meat to marinate overnight for the flavours to seep in.
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp onion granules
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp granulated white sugar
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp chipotle powder
- 2 tsp Maldon salt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- ½ tsp English mustard powder
- 1 tbsp freshly cracked black peppercorns
Just add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
