Bring the spider steak up to room temperature and salt with rock salt about 10 minutes before cooking.
Set up the BGE direct to about 400-500 deg F.
Sear the meat for about 3 1/2 minutes on each side until the core temperature hits your desired doneness.
Wrap in foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Cut and eat.
