Spicy red pepper burger relish

Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 100 g roasted red peppers in brine
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp fat-free vinaigrette
  • ½ red chilli
  • 1 grind fresh black pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Drain and finely chop the peppers.

  2. Finely chop the onion.

  3. Rinse the capers.

  4. Finely chop the coriander.

  5. Finely chop the chilli.

  6. Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. (Add more chilli if you like a bit more heat).
